It's been over 3 years, but popular Sacramento pool hall 'Jointed Cue Billiards' has finally reopened following an ADA lawsuit from infamous serial lawsuit filer Scott Johnson. The owners have spent over $70,000 on renovations including widening the front door, adding lower countertops, and remodeling two accessible bathrooms.
