My CASP consultant recommend that I contacted Mike for a bid to update our parking lots for ADA compliance. From the first phone call, he was professional and right to business. I had other bids; however, I knew that Protrk had lots of experience and with their technology, they would perform a perfect outcome. Our job was WAY more difficult than expected. Bruce kept me up to date daily on any changes that needed to be made and went above and beyond. If this is done incorrectly the cost and inconvenience to fix it would be ridiculous. When I first met Mike Schaeffer, I was impressed by his knowledge of the ADA code and requirements. Unlike the other RFP’s I had received with all of them listing out the cost of demolishing concrete sidewalks to pour new ones, ProTrk Construction insisted that they could repair the existing sidewalks to the ADA requirements. I was skeptical but curious because along with their different approach, their proposal was significantly lower. I decided to go with Protrk for the repair work and the installation of a new ADA path of travel to the city sidewalk. Their professionalism onsite, their organized work, and their communication with not only myself but the property’s business tenants were surprisingly excellent. Mike Schaeffer's statement about being an ADA specialist and not just a contractor was true in my experience. Last but not least, their precise results backed up with the defensive documentation of their adherence to the ADA guidelines were appreciated by my firm and will serve our clients well in the future.

This company is the gold standard for an ADA construction company. I am a retired County building inspector and former Chief Building official with lots of experience with "wanna be" ADA contractors. Currently, I run a private CASp consulting service and work with many construction companies. Protrk is among the most professional and exacting companies I have worked with. ADA work MUST be precise or you'll be doing it over and no one can afford that. The attention to detail Protrk takes is top flight. We could not have been happier with the friendly and professional service Mike has provided for us! We are a small nonprofit preschool that had been working on our ADA entrance for a few years. With a deadline of only 4 weeks to get the job done, Protrk Construction company made it happen! The job performed included, drawings, permits, meeting with city engineers, and a CASP sign off. From the moment I made the call and spoke with Russ I knew by his friendly and confident voice that I made the right choice.
