We only use asphalt to tie in our concrete areas to existing asphalt areas. We do not use asphalt for any work that requires a maximum of 2% cross slope. We have found that asphalt for ADA compliant areas just can't be trusted to remain flat long enough for us to guarantee our work as ADA compliant. Concrete is a much better option in these situations.
