A spate of ADA Lawsuits targeting small businesses has made an already difficult year worse for many business owners. Over 1400 ADA Lawsuits have been filed in Northern California so far in 2021 with most targeting small business owners in the Bay Area. 686 of those lawsuits were filed by the same person, a well-known serial filer named Scott Johnson.
