When I first met Mike Schaeffer I was impressed by his knowledge of the ADA code and requirements. Unlike the other proposals I received that suggested demolishing sidewalks and pouring new ones, Protrk believed the existing sidewalks could be repaired to meet ADA requirements. Their approach reduced costs and disruption while still delivering precise results. Their professionalism onsite, communication with tenants, and documentation supporting ADA compliance were excellent. Mike’s statement about being an ADA specialist rather than just a contractor proved true in my experience.
