We found Protrk Construction online and requested an estimate for a small commercial parking lot. They were not the cheapest bid; however, they understood that there is no room for error when it comes to ADA work. Mike assured us he could get the job done and he did just that. Everyone we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. That’s the kind of team you want on your side when you are working with local officials trying to get permits etc. It can be a challenging, frustrating, and costly process. Mike was with us every step of the way. He takes pride in his work and people and ensures his clients are satisfied with the end result.

Honest, diligent, and reliable. Protrk (Mike Schaeffer) is the best in the business. I have used Protrk on at least 10 projects and will use them again without question.

Protrk handled our parking lot handicap parking area. Their service was very efficient, precise and timely. Care was taken to protect the entry of patients into our building, preserving the ability for our offices to remain open during the construction days. Nice guys on the team were pleasant and communicated well. Thank You for your great work. We absolutely recommend Protrk.

I can't say enough about the great job Protrk did! We were referred to Protrk from another business in our area. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, we were treated with such great service. They did a fantastic job! We knew what to expect from the beginning to the end. If you're needing a professional, excellent company, Protrk Construction is it!

If I could give Protrk Construction more than 5 Gold Stars, I definitely would. I needed to make my parking lot ADA compliant and the work performed by Protrk went beyond my expectations. Bruce, the onsite supervisor is the definition of hard work and professionalism. Not only did he and his team do an amazing job in correcting the compliance issues I had but Bruce went above and beyond the scope of work. Protrk Construction should be your only choice for ADA construction. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the management and crew, communication, speed of completion, and quality of work. I had them do an ADA compliance construction at a gas station in San Fernando, and I highly recommend this company for any construction needs.
