— ADA Compliance Projects Across California

I am very impressed with Protrk Construction on many levels. After getting a violation from the California lottery for the front entrance of my gas station. I spent several months looking for a company to do the repairs. Most companies were either to busy to even bid the work or just simply never even responded. When I was referred to Protrk by an independent CASp, i reached out and got a call back to discuss the project. I received a bid for the work several days later. I would highly recommend Protrk to anybody looking to become ADA compliant, they are experts in the field and know exactly what it takes. The site supervisor Aaron was excellent, he really kept the whole project organized and got in and out without interrupting my business at all. I would also like to say thank you to Mike, he offers great customer service and is very understanding to try to help anyway he can. Overall, my experience was great with this company and I would use them again in the future. Thank you to the whole Protrk team!

My CASP consultant recommend that I contacted Mike for a bid to update our parking lots for ADA compliance. From the first phone call, he was professional and right to business. I had other bids; however, I knew that Protrk had lots of experience and with their technology, they would perform a perfect outcome. Our job was WAY more difficult than expected. Bruce kept me up to date daily on any changes that needed to be made and went above and beyond. If this is done incorrectly the cost and inconvenience to fix it would be ridiculous. Protrk came through. I would highly recommend using this company not only for their excellent work and precision but for their customer service!
