Small business owners know all too well the slew of ADA lawsuits by drive-by litigators. We just wanted to comply and correct the claims and move on with our lives and business. Protrk was not the cheapest bid. There were bids for ADA compliant parking to be done in asphalt without permits that were around 30% less. The deciding factors were plans, permits, and materials. West Hollywood requires plans and approvals from multiple departments. We wanted compliance done by the book without stress about penalties. Concrete with rebar was far more stable and the warranty on workmanship and materials was significantly better than asphalt options. Our Protrk experience was provided by Mike Schaeffer who worked with us on the contract proposal and managed our account. Mary B Welch updated us weekly and Todd Leach handled invoicing.
